From the first day we met, we knew it would be a great partnership. Your knowledge of the area,
building regulations and architectural review board requirements were extremely beneficial. Once started, the process from contract negotiation through permitting was smooth and efficient. We appreciated your patience and guidance as we went through the house plans and made modifications.
We were thankful for your suggestions, many of which we incorporated into the build. Given that this was not our first new build, we expected to have various delays, change orders, supply issues, etc. We were pleasantly surprised to find that these “normal” new building concerns were kept to minimum and successfully resolved as a result of A’n’A’s experience, involvement and attention to detail.
From our meetings with you and your staff at the office to the scheduled on-site walk-thrus, any
questions that we had were always answered to complete satisfaction. Often, members of your team contacted us directly to make sure we were involved with each step of the build and to ensure we were all always on the same page. We appreciated being able to hand select everything in our new home from cabinetry, countertops and flooring to finishing touches, such as lighting, color schemes and hardware. This is a reflection of you and your team, and a true benefit of selecting a custom home builder, like A’n’A Builders.
At the start of construction, we selected a realistic closing date, and through the diligence of your team, that closing date was met, which made us very happy. We closed with a minimal punch list, all of which was addressed within a reasonable period of time.
At the end of the project, we found ourselves with not only new business relationships but also new
friendships. We felt that you listened to what we were looking for from the beginning and certainly
came through with the final product. We absolutely could not be happier with our new home. Thank
