This is a letter of recommendation for Mo Afify, A'N'A Builders, of Surf City, NC.
We (Christian & Sarah Poulsen) contracted A'N'A Builders to build our home in Summerhouse on Everett Bay in Feb. of 2010. Mr. Afify helped us thru the challenges of the ARC (architectural review committee) at Summerhouse and fought for what we wanted thru a lot of obstacles the ARC put in front of us. A'N'A was finally able to break ground the first part of August. He has lived up to every promise and has kept us apprised daily of the progress. Mr. Afify has never been difficult to get a hold of and has been upfront with us concerning every detail of this process including the monetary compensation. Mr. Afify has made every attempt to build our home to our specifications. We have found him, his associates and sub-contractors to be honest, trustworthy and timely.
We highly recommend Mo Afify and A' N' A Builders to anyone that wants quality and efficient work in their construction process.
Our home will be ready for occupancy sometime after the 1st of December.
