A'n'A Builder's Inc. is has constructed two custom homes in the last 12 months. The lastest one is currently under construction in the brand new subdivision of Summerhouse on Everett Bay, and is slated to be completed by the end of December 2010. This home was a customly designed coastal cottage style home.
The previous home was located on Topsail Island, was a piling style beach home with a reversed floor plan placing the living and dining areas on the top floor for the best views.
Both of these homes were designed specifically to fit the homeowners needs and show the character and styling that fits the respective clients personality. Here at A'n'A Builders we will work side by side with you and the Architect/Engineer through the intial design phase and into the quoting phase to make sure you recieve exactly what the materials, stylings, and custom features that you desire. We utilize a transparent quoting process based off the sealed set of drawings so that each client understands thoroughly where their money is beings spent.
