A'n'A Builder's Development Team has been working side by side with the clients and with the grading contractors to develop the 22 acre parcel of land at the corner of NC hwy 50 & 210. As of December 1st, the corner outparcel has been developed by CVS Pharmacy © and the outparcel beside them will be developed by McDonalds ©.
Also Planned for this development is an approximate 20,000 sf retail shopping and dining center. Restuarants, shopping, and other retail services are planned for this modern retail center.
The biggest need that this center is planned to address is the development and construction of a 60,000 sf Entertainment complex which will house 18 lanes of bowling, a sports bar/restaurant, laser tag, arcade, and a 10 screen movie theater.
